Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for technical issues directly caused by LogicForm that prevent the proper use of the Service. Refund requests for user errors or dissatisfaction with features will not be accepted.

Subscription Plans

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy. Please ensure that you review the features and limitations of your selected plan before purchase.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at hello@logicform.io within 7 days of your purchase. Include details of the issue and any relevant evidence for your claim.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Partial months of service.
  • Downgrading to a lower subscription plan.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback for a transaction, your account may be suspended or terminated. Please contact us to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback.
